Heathrow Rewards

Heathrow Rewards is the world’s number one airport loyalty programme. Recent developments in the programme meant that there was a need for an effective comms suite that explained clearly and simply the programme’s features.

We created a brochure that takes both retailers, as well as Heathrow Rewards’ team members, through the details and choices available in the programme. Using a look and feel inspired by the Heathrow Rewards app, engaging imagery, insightful infographics plus an informative and uncomplicated tone of voice, the document is easy to read, understand and remember.

The comms suite is completed with technical information annexes and a digital presentation that is used by the Heathrow Rewards team in meetings with retailers.
